Step 1 

Chop your ingredients into bite-sized chunks

Step 2

Soak four wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before cooking – it helps prevent burning.

Step 3

Heat oven to 180C

Step 4

Mix your liquids and seasoning, stick your chopped veggies and cheese onto skewers and brush with your oil mixture.

Step 5

Cook for 25 mins or until golden brown and tender.
